The cake is delicious. Made of delicate and airy sponge cake, which is saturated with a very sweet, delicate and amazing cream, which contains condensed milk.

- - 150 g dark chocolate
- - 100 ml cream
- - 100 ml of water
- - 16 pieces of sweets "Bird's milk"
- - 100 g strawberries
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Beat eggs with 50 g of granulated sugar for 5-8 minutes until white. Add vanilla pudding and whisk again. Then add vegetable oil, vanilla sugar and baking powder, whisk.
Step 2
Line a baking dish with paper and pour out the dough, smooth with a spoon over the surface. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 17-20 minutes. Check readiness with a fork, if it is dry, then remove it from the oven. Cool the biscuit. Then take it out of the mold and cut about 1-1.2 cm on the sides and put it back in the mold.
Step 3
Prepare a cream soufflé. Whisk whites and 1/2 citric acid, gradually add granulated sugar.
Step 4
Whisk softened butter and condensed milk in a separate bowl. Pour gelatin in ice water for 10-15 minutes, add the remaining citric acid to it. Pour the gelatin over the whites and stir. Then mix with condensed milk and mix everything well until smooth.
Step 5
Take the biscuit mold and pour 1/2 of the cream, add the Bird's Milk candies. Top up with remaining cream. Refrigerate for 8-10 hours or overnight.
Step 6
Prepare the icing. Heat the cream and add the chocolate wedges, stir well. Then pour the frosting into the center of the cake, flatten. Decorate the cake with strawberries.
