A light, fresh snack that goes well with beer. Garlic stuffed eggs can be made very quickly if you have all the ingredients on hand.
It is necessary
- - 1 dozen eggs
- - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- - 1/4 cup of any hot sauce
- - 1 pack of non-salted butter
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- - 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or common garlic
- - 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- - fresh red or black pepper
- - cilantro
Instructions
Step 1
Hard boil the eggs and peel. Cut each egg in half and remove the yolk. If you do not have garlic powder, then take ordinary garlic, peel and grate on a fine grater.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine chopped cilantro, pepper, egg yolks, garlic, and mayonnaise. Lightly brown the breadcrumbs in a skillet with butter.
Step 3
Fill the cut protein with the filling from step 2. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top. Garnish with cheese if desired. Bon Appetit!
