  • - 0.25 teaspoons of baking soda.
  • For filling:
  • - salt to taste,
  • - 500 grams of beef,
  • - 500 grams of potatoes,
  • - 2 onions,
  • - ground black pepper to taste,
  • - 70 ml of water.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine baking soda and salt in a bowl. Add the pieces of butter and stir until crumbled. Add a glass of kefir and stir again. Then pour in the remaining kefir and knead a soft dough. Place the bowl of dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Rinse the beef, cut into pieces and twist into minced meat. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Chop the onion. Combine minced meat with potatoes and onions in a bowl, add water, salt and pepper and stir well.

Remove the dough, cut into pieces with a walnut. You can choose the size to your liking. Roll out the pieces, put a spoonful of the filling in the middle. Gather the edges of the dough upwards, as if forming a pouch. Leave a small hole at the top.
