There are dumplings with potatoes, cottage cheese, berries. Have you tried a combination of potatoes and mushrooms? It turns out incredibly tasty.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 110 g butter
- - ½ l of water
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 1 tsp sahaa
- - 700 g flour
- - 1 egg
- - 50 g of kefir
- For filling:
- - 1 kg of potatoes
- - 1 tbsp. salt
- - 250 g onions
- - 500 g of champignons
Instructions
Step 1
Put butter in a saucepan, add water, sugar and salt. Put on fire and heat to almost boil.

Then remove from heat, add 300 g of flour and brew. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.

Transfer the dough to a cup and let cool slightly to prevent the egg from curling.

After that, beat the egg, add kefir.

Pour in 400 g flour and knead into a soft, hard dough.

The dough is incredibly soft and smooth.

Cover the finished dough with a napkin and leave for half an hour.

For the filling, boil the potatoes with 1 tsp. salt, then crush it into puree. Chop the onion finely, fry in oil until translucent, add to the puree.

Do the same with the mushrooms. Then mix well the mashed potatoes with mushrooms and onions, cool slightly.

Then divide the mashed potatoes into small pieces, roll each into a cake, put the filling in the center.

Roll each piece into a cake, put a teaspoon of the filling in the center.

Fold in half and seal the edges well.
