Much is known about the benefits of garlic. Due to the content of a large amount of phytoncides, it is indispensable for colds and is a real enemy of many pathogens. It is enough to consume 2-3 cloves of garlic per day to feel its beneficial effects. However, many people do not like its specific taste. In this case, salads, to which garlic adds piquancy, will be a real lifesaver.
"Winter Forest" salad
To make the "Winter Forest" salad, you need to take the following components:
- 200 g of smoked chicken meat;
- 250-300 g of tomatoes;
- 100 g of bell pepper;
- 100 g of cheese;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 30 g of walnuts;
- mayonnaise;
- parsley greens;
- pepper;
- salt.
Cut the smoked chicken meat into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and bell peppers, dry and cut the tomatoes into slices, bell peppers into strips, and hard cheese into small cubes. Finely chop the walnuts, garlic and parsley. Then combine the prepared products, salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly and put in a salad bowl. Serve the salad, lightly sprinkle with grated walnuts.
Mosaic salad
To prepare the Mosaic salad with squid you will need:
- 250 g squid;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 fresh cucumbers;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tbsp. l. table vinegar (9%);
- vegetable oil;
- greens;
- salt;
- ground red pepper.
Boil the squid in salted water for 3-4 minutes, then catch, cool and cut into strips. Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into thin strips and add to the boiled squid. Bring the vegetable oil to a boil, pour the mixture of squid and vegetables over it and let stand for 30 minutes. Peel fresh cucumbers, cut into thin strips, pour with vinegar, salt and pepper, mix and add crushed garlic to them. Mix the ingredients prepared in this way and refrigerate for 2 hours, after which the salad will be ready to eat.
Spring salad
To prepare the "Spring" salad with boiled mushrooms, you will need:
- 10 champignons or porcini mushrooms;
- 500 g of radish;
- 2 bell peppers;
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- parsley greens;
- 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- 1 tsp. grape vinegar;
- ½ tsp ground black pepper;
- salt.
Carefully wipe the champignons or porcini mushrooms with a damp cloth, peel and boil in salted water for 8-10 minutes over low heat. Then rinse with hot boiled water, refrigerate and cut into small slices.
Wash the radishes, cut into thin slices, salt, lightly remember with your hands and let stand for 5-7 minutes at room temperature to release the bitterness. Drain the resulting juice.
Cut the bell pepper into thin strips or half rings, finely chop the onion. Combine all prepared ingredients.
Then make a salad dressing. To do this, mix sour cream with grape vinegar, ground pepper, salt and garlic passed through a press. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and mix gently. Serve garnished with parsley.
