Raspberries contain organic acids (malic, raspberry, citric), coloring, tanning and pectin substances, as well as a large amount of macro- and microelements. And of course, a whole collection of vitamins: A, C, PP, B1, B6, B9. This is not a complete list of substances that the berry is rich in. All substances contained in raspberries are fully absorbed by the body, strengthening the immune system.

Raspberries are used as the surest remedy for colds and as an antipyretic during fever and neuralgic disorders. Fruits strengthen the walls of blood vessels, stabilize blood pressure, they are taken for anemia, gastritis, stomach ulcers.

The healing effect is provided not only by berries, but also by other parts of the plant: leaves, roots, branches, flowers. They are used to prepare decoctions, infusions, teas, ointments that have anti-inflammatory properties and help in the treatment of viral infections. For a weakened body, it is better to use raspberry juice, since it is absorbed much easier than berries, and the benefits are no less.

Raspberry juice should be taken very carefully by people with low blood pressure and an allergic reaction to this product. It is undesirable to use juice for gout and nephritis.
