The lamb turns out to be tender, tasty and satisfying. She is the favorite meat of the Tatar people. It is usually prepared on holidays such as Eid al-Adha. With this dish you will delight your guests. As meat, you can take lamb, horse meat or beef.

Instructions
Step 1
First take the lamb pulp, then rinse well and cut into medium pieces. Pour in water, pepper and salt to taste, add bay leaf and put on fire, cook for 2-2.30 hours.
Step 2
Remove the cooked meat from the pan and cool it completely, cut even small pieces.
Step 3
Rinse the potatoes well, peel them, cut into slices and cook in salted soda for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Place the potatoes and meat in a deep skillet. Pour all this with broth, close the lid and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer the sautéed meat to a saucepan. Pour the broth into the pan where the meat was fried, boil along with the meat juice that was released during stewing, strain and pour into a saucepan with meat. Pour two more cups of water into a saucepan and simmer for about 30-40 minutes over low heat.
Step 6
Put finely chopped onions and carrot circles on the stew, after 10 minutes, put the boiled potatoes and bay leaf, pepper and salt to taste, simmer over low heat for about 10-20 minutes.
Step 7
Place the meat in a deep dish and serve hot.
