Finnish "sour" rye cakes will appeal to those who love products such as cottage cheese and kefir. This delicacy has a pleasant sour taste and a rather soft texture.

- - cottage cheese - 250 g;
- - kefir - 100 ml;
- - rye flour - 300 g;
- - honey - 1 teaspoon;
- - vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
- - soda - 1 teaspoon;
- - salt - 0.5 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the following ingredients in a loose bowl: honey, sunflower oil and kefir. Whisk the mixture lightly, preferably with a whisk. Put the cottage cheese pre-wiped through a sieve there, it is best to use fatty.
Step 2
Take another loose bowl and place salt, baking soda and flour in it. Stir properly.
Step 3
Pour the dry flour mixture into the mass of cottage cheese and kefir in several steps. Mix everything thoroughly. As a result, you should have a dough that only slightly sticks to your hands. Form it into a spherical shape, then wrap it with plastic or cling film and put it in the cold for about a quarter of an hour.
Step 4
Roll out the dough with a sufficient amount of flour into a layer, the thickness of which is approximately 1, 5 centimeters. Then, use a round neck dish to cut the cakes out of it. If you wish, you can make them in absolutely any shape.
Step 5
In the resulting figures, carefully make punctures with a fork. In this form, place the dish on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 6
In the oven, preheat it, send the dish to bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Finnish "sour" rye cakes are ready!
