The liver is a very useful product, so you shouldn't forget about it and be sure to include it in your family's diet.
For cooking we need:
- 400 gr. pork liver
- 100 g melted fat
- 120 g onions
- 400 gr. boiled potatoes,
- 50 gr. fresh mushrooms,
- 100 g canned green peas,
- 6 chicken eggs
- 50 gr. lard fat,
- garlic,
- salt,
- 3 fresh cucumbers,
- 1/2 cup curdled milk.
Cooking method
We take the liver, cut out all the bile ducts, remove the film and cut into cubes. Peel the onions and cut them into half rings. We wash and chop the mushrooms thoroughly. We do not cut the bacon fat into large pieces. Wash the potatoes, boil them in their uniforms and, after they have cooled, peel them and cut them into cubes. We wash fresh cucumbers under the tap and chop them for salad.
Heat the fat in a frying pan and quickly fry the prepared liver, add chopped onions, chopped fresh mushrooms, bacon fat and fry a little. Then put the potatoes, finely chopped garlic, black pepper, salt, green peas and beaten salted eggs. Mix everything well and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. As a side dish, we make a salad of fresh cucumbers and season it with yogurt.
