It is necessary
- - 200 gr. Sahara;
- - liter of milk;
- - 3 yolks;
- - 40 gr. corn starch;
- - zest of half a lemon;
- - any cookies: biscuits or "Jubilee" without any additives;
- - ground cinnamon.
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, you need to mix the yolks and sugar.

Add starch to whipped yolks with sugar and mix well.

Step 3
In a saucepan, bring milk with lemon zest and ground cinnamon to a boil. As soon as it boils, pour through a sieve to the eggs with sugar and starch. Mix everything thoroughly and pour it back into a saucepan so that the mass boils over low heat for 5 minutes. Do not forget that the dessert must be constantly stirred.

Pour the milk and egg dessert into cups and refrigerate for 3 hours.
