It is necessary
- - 400 g zucchini
- - 100 g champignons
- - 400 g eggplant
- - olive oil
- - 250 g onions
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - 150 g parmesan
- - 200 g lasagna plates
- - 500 g tomatoes
- - chopped basil
- - 250 g of sauce (ideally, bashamel sauce is used here)
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes and mash thoroughly with a fork. Grate Parmesan on a coarse grater. Rinse the onions, zucchini, eggplants and mushrooms thoroughly and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Fry all ingredients in a pan for 6 minutes. Remember to add olive oil before frying. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Once the vegetables are tender, add the grated Parmesan to the contents of the pan. While stirring the mixture constantly, wait until the cheese is completely melted.
Step 4
Place the mashed tomatoes in a small saucepan and heat over high heat, adding a little basil. Preheat the oven.
Step 5
Layer all the ingredients in a baking dish in the following order: lasagna leaf, vegetable mixture, tomato sauce, bashamel sauce, lasagna leaf. Repeat the layers, place slices of cheese on top of the lasagna or brush with sauce. Bake the dish for 40-45 minutes in the oven.
