For cooking, you first need 100 g of eggplant, 150 g each of tomatoes and rice, 50 g of Parmesan cheese. In addition, you need olive oil (2 tablespoons), a bunch of cilantro, sour cream (3 tablespoons), 3-4 walnut cores, balsamic vinegar (1 teaspoon). For decoration, you can use flowers for dessert, which can be made with regular buttercream.

Rinse the eggplants thoroughly, then cut them into small thin slices. Season with salt and pepper, then grill until golden brown. While the eggplants are fried, brush a baking sheet with olive oil. Place half of the eggplant on a baking sheet and sprinkle with third of the pre-grated cheese.

Top with half the pre-cooked and chilled rice, then sprinkle with half the chopped cilantro and secure with 1-1.5 tbsp. sour cream. Then cover the resulting portion of the lasagna with the leftover eggplant. Sprinkle everything with cheese and then add the other half of the rice and cilantro. When finished, grease everything with sour cream again.

Sprinkle the lasagna with cheese and walnuts, then place in the oven. Set the temperature to 160 ° C and bake the dish for 20 minutes. Remove the lasagne from the oven and let cool. Then cut it into several portions and place them on a plate of pre-sliced tomato. Lightly brush the top of each slice with balsamic vinegar. Place a decorative flower next to each bite of lasagna to complement your dish to taste. A flower made from regular butter cream is ideal for this purpose.
