It is necessary

  • - hard cheese (parmesan is ideal) - 200 grams;
  • - apples (sweet and sour) - 1 piece;
  • - pear - 1 piece;
  • - almonds (fried, chopped) - 1-2 tbsp. l.;
  • - yogurt (fruit or natural, you can use sour cream) - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - mayonnaise - 40 grams;
  • - mustard (not spicy, granular) - 1 tbsp;
  • - lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - salt, sugar - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the cheese on a cutting board and cut into strips about 2 - 3 centimeters in size, no more than 5 millimeters thick. To simplify the process, you can use a coarse grater. Put the sliced cheese in a prepared dish (salad bowl or deep plate).

Step 2

Peel the apple and pear after washing under running water. Cut the fruit and remove the seeds, removing the core. After that, cut into strips and put in a clean plate.

Step 3

Next, take a lemon and use a knife to cut it into two halves. We need about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, so we squeeze any of the halves directly onto the fruit. All this is necessary so that the fruit does not darken and there is a pleasant background aroma.

Step 4

We wash the almonds under running water and clean them of dirt. We put the nuts in a deep bowl and fill them with boiling water to peel off the peel. After 5 minutes, carefully drain the water and, after they have cooled, peel them. Then fry in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, turning them over in time with a spatula so that they do not burn. After frying, grind with a mortar or knife until medium grinding or in a blender.

Next, you need to prepare a dressing of yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and sugar. Place all ingredients in a plate and stir until smooth. Let the sauce brew a little.
