Sandwiches are truly an unlimited field for the hostess's imagination, they can be built from any ingredients at hand. Try using butter for a few sandwich spreads. The recipes are simple and affordable, and the sandwiches are delicious.
Herring paste. Take a packet of softened butter. Peel a medium-sized onion. Remove the bones from the salted herring fillet. Turn the herring and onions in a meat grinder. Chop any fresh herbs finely. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, adding mustard to taste. Herring paste is best spread on brown bread, you can fried it.
Green pasta. Take and rinse several types of fresh herbs: dill, parsley, onion and young garlic feathers, cilantro, basil. Chop finely, salt and mix with butter. You can add chopped pickled or pickled cucumber and black pepper to the green paste. Sandwiches with green pasta are good in the spring-summer season, with an abundance of garden greens.
Caviar paste. Mix a pack of butter with a can of any fish caviar. Grate 1-2 boiled eggs on a fine grater. Chop the green dill. Stir everything well. Caviar paste is especially tasty on a white loaf. On top you can put thin slices of fresh cucumber and sprigs of any greenery.
Garlic paste. Peel a few cloves of garlic, squeeze in a garlic press into a bowl with softened butter. Add a little of any finely grated cheese, you can also use processed cheese. Chop a handful of walnuts, chop parsley. Mix all ingredients. Sandwiches or croutons with garlic paste will be very appropriate for the first courses.
