What could be tastier than the famous pancakes? But how do you manage to make pancakes when there is barely enough time for a sandwich on weekdays?

You will need:

- one glass of flour, - a glass of milk, - two eggs, - sugar.

Cooking pancakes

Beat two eggs without separating the whites from the yolks. Then add milk and a tablespoon of sugar. Usually these crepes are eaten with some sort of toppings, honey or jam, but if you don't plan on adding anything to your breakfast, add more sugar. Also add a pinch of salt to this mixture and add the sifted flour. Mix everything until smooth.

Pancakes are usually fried in a dry skillet, but you can grease the surface with a little oil. Using a spoon, pour the dough into a hot pan in small portions. Fry until golden brown. Your breakfast is ready. You can also add different toppings and fruits to pancakes.

But what if you have absolutely no time for breakfast? Do you really have to skip the most important meal? Of course not. In this article, you will find recipes for oatmeal, which you need to knead in the evening, and in the morning you will already have delicious oatmeal.

For a standard porridge, we need:

- oatmeal, - milk, - honey.

Take oatmeal and milk in different proportions and mix in a bowl. You can take about one hundred grams of oatmeal, it all depends on the serving you want. Add a spoonful of honey to the resulting mixture and mix slightly.

Next, add the fruit. It all depends only on your flight of imagination. As one of the options, you can take half a banana and crush it with a fork, and then add a couple of tablespoons of cocoa and mix everything with the oatmeal. You can also grate half an apple and add a couple of tablespoons of cinnamon. Everything here will depend on your preferences. Then cover your masterpiece with cling film and refrigerate. Oatmeal absorbs milk overnight and you will have a ready-made porridge. It will be cold, if you want, you can heat it in the microwave, or you can eat it like that.
