In order to prepare a quick, tasty and healthy hot breakfast, it is recommended to use proven recipes, which will take no more than 15 minutes to prepare dishes, do not require the use of complex ingredients, and the result will appeal to both adults and children.

A quick breakfast consisting of hot cheese crumpets can be prepared even by a novice housewife who does not have much experience in the culinary arts. To prepare crumpets, you will need about 70-100 g of any cheese, which is grated with small or medium cells and mixed with a cup of kefir. About two cups of wheat flour, half a teaspoon of salt and soda, and a teaspoon of granulated sugar are added to the resulting mixture.

Knead the dough thoroughly, dust the hands with flour and form small balls. To prepare a light version of a quick hot breakfast, the balls are slightly flattened and fried in a pan with heated oil. A more satisfying breakfast option involves the inclusion of the filling: the ball is rolled into a small cake, in the center of which are laid slices of sausage, ham, cheese of another type, greens. The edges of the cake are pinched and fried in a pan.

It is important to remember that when frying the crumpets increase in size, it is not recommended to put too many blanks in the pan.

Cheese croutons are an equally quick option for a hot breakfast. To prepare 5-6 croutons, you need to grate about 80 g of cheese, mix it with a raw egg, salt and dried herbs. The resulting mixture is carefully spread over the surface of slices of white bread, after which the croutons are placed in a frying pan with heated butter, spread side down.

Do not worry that the cheese will stick to the bottom of the pan - after a while it will form a rosy, appetizing crust. Croutons are fried on both sides and served hot. The preparation time for a portion of 6-8 croutons takes no more than 10-12 minutes.

Another recipe for a quick breakfast, which does not take much time and effort, involves the presence of Armenian lavash. Lavash is cut into small strips, on which slices of ham, sausage, bacon, cheese are placed, after which the strip is folded into a small rectangle.

Each piece is dipped in a raw egg and fried in a little oil. Lavash quickly becomes crispy, acquires a golden, beautiful crust.
