Pizza loaf
You will need:
- Baton - 1/2 pc.
- Eggs 2-3 pcs.
- Sausages (sausage) 100-150 gr.
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Salt
- Sunflower oil
Cut the loaf into sandwich pieces, carefully remove the crumb and put it in a bowl, add the chopped sausages to it, salt and pepper. Beat eggs with mayonnaise and pour into the bulk, mix thoroughly. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and also send them to a bowl. Now you need to mix much more carefully so as not to damage the tomatoes. Pour sunflower oil into the pan, let it boil and reduce the gas. Carefully lay out the loaf crusts in a pan and let them lightly fry from below, then spread the filling with a tablespoon, level it and leave it under the lid for 5 minutes. Turn over and fry on the other side.
Fried eggs in a loaf
You will need:

- Eggs - 2 pcs.

- Sunflower oil
In a similar way, you can cook with an egg in a loaf, only you need to fry on one side. It will not be superfluous to remind you that the eggs must be fresh.
Yoka from lavash
This dish is not particularly popular among Russians, but having tried it once, many cook it regularly.
You will need:
- Lavash
- Hard cheese 50 gr.
- Egg - 1pc.
- Salt
- Butter 30-50 gr.
- Greens 1 tbsp.
Finely chop the greens (dill, parsley), rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Heat the butter in a frying pan with low sides. While the butter is melting, lay out the pita bread on the table, break an egg in it, salt, pepper and lightly stir with a fork, sprinkle with herbs and cheese. We wrap the edges of the pita bread so that we get an envelope or a triangle. We put it in the heated oil with the seam down and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Omelet in a package
A very original recipe for an omelet with vegetables and herbs.
You will need:
- Vegetables: tomatoes, bell peppers, onions (frozen)
- Greens
- Salt pepper
- Eggs
Put the water to boil in a large saucepan. While it boils, chop fresh vegetables at random, finely chop the greens, pour everything into a bowl. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and pour them over the vegetables, mix everything thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a strong plastic bag, tie it up and place it in boiling water. The cooking time is 10-15 minutes. Carefully remove the bag from the water, cut and place the omelet on the plates. The advantage of the dish is that you do not need to stand at the stove, fearing that the omelet will burn.
Lazy lavash pasties
You will need:
- Lavash thin 2-3 sheets
- Minced pork or chicken 300g.
- Medium onion - 1 pc.
- Water - 50 gr.
- Egg - 1 pc.
It is better to sentence the minced meat in advance, scroll the onion through a meat grinder, add salt and pepper. Beat the egg in a separate bowl, add 50 gr to the minced meat. cold water, mix thoroughly. Cut the pita bread into squares of about 10 * 10 cm.
