This recipe can be used to make a hearty and delicious quick breakfast. Italians call this dish frittata - an omelet with a wide variety of fillings. Here spaghetti is used as a filling.
It is necessary
- For 3 servings:
- - eggs - 5 pcs.;
- - milk - 50 ml;
- - spaghetti - 200 g;
- - ham - 40 g;
- - cheese - 70 g;
- - salt, hot pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the spaghetti in boiling salted water and boil until almost cooked. Then we put it in a colander. For this breakfast, you can use not only freshly cooked spaghetti, but also, for example, pasta that you have left in the evening, as well as any other ready-made toppings - for example, potatoes or mushrooms. If you have fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes or zucchini, then they are also suitable for frittata, as soon as you fry them a little in a pan.
Step 2
Cut the hard cheese into small cubes or grate it on a coarse grater. Cut the ham into small strips. If you don't have ham, it's okay, this dish turns out to be very tasty even without it.
Step 3
Break the eggs into a bowl and stir until smooth. Add salt, ground pepper and milk.
Step 4
Mix eggs with ham and cheese.
Step 5
Grease the pan with vegetable oil, then put a small piece of butter. When it melts, put the spaghetti in there. We put on a slow fire.
Step 6
Pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti, distribute evenly in an even layer. Mixing is optional. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then gently turn over and fry on the other side.
Step 7
This quick breakfast of eggs can also be cooked in the oven. To do this, place the mixture in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes until it thickens.
