    • milk - 1 glass;
    • flour - 1 tablespoon;
    • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
    • bulgarian pepper - 1 piece;
    • sun-dried tomatoes in oil - several pieces;
    • onion - 1 piece;
    • thin pita bread - 1 piece;
    • spices
    • salt
    • greens to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the vegetables: peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Then wash the pepper, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Cut the peppers into strips 3-4 cm long and 1 cm wide.

Remove the sun-dried tomatoes from the jar, let them lie on a paper napkin to remove the excess oil and cut into strips as well. Rinse and dry the herbs (parsley, dill - whatever you like). Then chop it finely.

Step 3

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it and add chopped onions. Saute it until transparent, the onion should be soft, do not fry it until golden brown. Then add pepper to the pan and after a minute the sun-dried tomatoes. Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes.

While the vegetables in the pan are warming up, break the eggs into a deep bowl, pour in a glass of milk, salt. Spice lovers can add ground black pepper. Begin to beat the egg mass with a whisk or fork. Add a spoonful of flour while whisking. It's great if you have a blender or a submersible mixer, then you can handle this stage in a few seconds. But if you have one fork at your disposal, it's also not scary: work vigorously with a fork for a minute - one and a half and you're done.

If the vegetables have softened enough, cover them with the egg mixture, sprinkle with herbs on top and cover. Control the fire - it should not be strong so that the omelet does not burn, and go to do your other morning activities. You have 5-7 minutes while the omelet is cooked. It's great if you have a glass lid in the pan, this will allow you to control the cooking process without lifting it once again.

Step 6

Expand the pita bread. It is better if the diameter of your pan is close in size to the diameter of pita bread. Put the finished omelet on the prepared pita bread.
