  • - 100 g oatmeal
  • - 130 g flour
  • - 90 g sugar
  • - 5 g baking powder
  • - 130 g butter
  • - egg
  • - 360 g of cottage cheese
  • - a tablespoon of cornstarch
  • - 10 g vanilla sugar
  • - 300 g frozen berries
  • - a tablespoon of almond flakes
  • - vegetable oil

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the following ingredients into a container: oatmeal, flour, baking powder and 50 g sugar. Mix well. Add butter - pre-softened

Grind everything into crumbs. The dough will turn out to be crumbly. However, if you crush a handful of dough in the palm of your hand, it will clump together.

Cover the baking dish with baking paper, brush lightly with vegetable oil, put the dough in it. Then tamp well. The sides can be omitted. Leave three tablespoons of the dough to sprinkle on the cake.

Prepare the filling. To do this, beat the egg with a mixer until fluffy, adding 40 g of sugar. Add cottage cheese, starch, vanilla sugar to the egg. Beat everything with a mixer.

Put the curd mass on top of the dough, flatten. Rinse the berries with cold water. Place them on the curd mass.

Sprinkle with the remaining crumbs. Sprinkle lightly with almond flakes. Send the cake to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for half an hour. Then increase the temperature to 190 degrees, bake for another 20 minutes.
