- 4. Sugar - 130 gr.
- 5. Berries (fresh, frozen, from compote) - 300 gr.
- 6. Vanillin - 1 sachet
Instructions
Step 1
First, we prepare the base for our pie - shortbread dough. It is prepared according to the classic recipe: sifted flour is mixed with baking powder and ground into crumbs with soft butter.
Step 2
Grind the egg with sugar and continue stirring until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved. We introduce the egg into the butter-flour mixture and knead the dough, which is non-sticky and elastic. It needs to be kept in a cold place for half an hour or a little longer.
Step 3
Grind cottage cheese (preferably homemade) with sugar and eggs. We take out the dough from the refrigerator, roll it into a layer with a thickness of 0.5 - 0.7 mm in the shape of our baking sheet. If you are sure that the cake will not burn in your oven, then just grease the baking sheet with oil, otherwise it is better to line the bottom with oiled parchment. We spread the dough on a baking sheet so that the sides are obtained.
Step 4
Put the curd filling on top of the dough, level it and the top layer will have berries.
If the berries are from compote, drain the excess syrup.
Step 5
Now you can send our cake to the oven. We bake at a temperature of about 180 degrees
within half an hour.
Step 6
The finished cake should be removed from the mold after it has cooled completely. Next, it needs to be cut into portions and can be served.
