To make a pie, you will need: a package of ready-made puff pastry, 200 g of cottage cheese, 100 g of cheese (any inexpensive hard variety, for example, "Russian"), 1-2 small tomatoes (if cherry, then accordingly more), 2 tsp. sour cream, 1 egg, herbs to taste (dill, parsley), salt and pepper to taste, butter for greasing the mold

Pie preparation: Defrost the puff pastry, unfold it (if it has already been rolled out by the manufacturer, if not, roll it out). Choose a baking dish about 25 cm in diameter and cut a suitable circle from the dough sheet.

We make the filling: grate the cheese, mash the cottage cheese with a fork along with sour cream, finely chop the greens. Mix all the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Crack the egg gently, separating the white. Beat the protein with a mixer and add to the cheese and curd mixture. Mix everything together well.

Grease the mold with butter, put the dough into it. Spread the filling evenly over the dough. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on top of the filling. The surface of the cake can be brushed with yolk.

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. The finished pie can be additionally sprinkled with fresh herbs.
