Ham and cheese are two ingredients that go well together. And if you make a pie with such a filling, you get a hearty and very tasty addition to lunch or afternoon tea. Moreover, it will take very little time to prepare such a product, because the dough for it will be ready in just 5 minutes.
It is necessary
- - any kefir - 200 ml;
- - premium flour - 150 g;
- - chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - ham - 200 g;
- - hard cheese - 250 g;
- - soda - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground black pepper;
- - fresh dill - 0.5 bunch (optional);

Instructions
Step 1
If your kefir is from the refrigerator, pour it into a bowl and heat it in a water bath or in the microwave to keep it warm. Add baking soda to it, stir quickly and let sit for a few minutes.
Step 2
Break eggs into a bowl and beat them together with kefir. Then add flour in parts and knead a dough similar in consistency to sour cream.
Step 3
Now let's get down to stuffing. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater or cut into thin cubes. Chop the ham into thin strips. Rinse and chop the dill. After that, put the cheese and ham in a bowl, add the dill, as well as a few pinches of ground black pepper, and then transfer the mixture of ingredients to the dough and stir.
Step 4
Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 200 degrees. While it is warming up, grease the baking dish with any oil, including the sides. Pour the prepared dough into a mold and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
After the time has elapsed, remove the finished ham and cheese pie from the oven and leave on the table for 10 minutes, and then it can be cut into pieces and served.
