Step 1
You must first make the dough. To do this, take a deep bowl, break the eggs, salt, whisk thoroughly at the same time. Gradually add mayonnaise and sour cream to the egg mixture and mix well again.

The last step is adding flour. As a result, you should have a creamy dough. Leave the dough to infuse for a while.

Prepare the filling. Take the ham, peel off the top foil and cut into thin strips. Chop the olives in the form of circles. Remove the stalk from the tomato, rinse and cut into thin slices. If the tomatoes are soft, then the core is better to remove.

Next, take a deep frying pan, put it on the burner and gradually heat it over low heat. Pour the first layer of dough into the bottom of the pan, add the ham, then the tomatoes and olives. Finally, sprinkle with a thick layer of cheese and chopped dill. Pour the remaining dough on top and shake the pan a little.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook the pie over low heat for about 20-30 minutes, remembering to periodically monitor the temperature of the burner. When you feel a pleasant aroma, and the top of the pie turns golden brown, then the dish can be considered ready.
