Red fish is good on its own, without adding all kinds of spices. But sometimes you want to experiment in the kitchen. Fried salmon in wine sauce can be a successful experiment if you prepare a dish according to this recipe.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of salmon or salmon;
- - 250 ml of white wine;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
- - 2 teaspoons of wheat flour;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of green onions;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - 0.5 tsp black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the salmon fillets on a greased baking sheet. Salt. Bake in the oven until tender (15-20 minutes).
Step 2
Melt butter in a small saucepan, add flour, mix. After 1 minute, add white wine, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cook until the contents of the dishes are halved (this is about 10 minutes).
Step 3
Add green onions to the wine sauce, season with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 4
Transfer the salmon to a platter, cut into portions, serve with the wine sauce.
