Chocolate is the perfect dessert and also a delicious aphrodisiac. Chocolate pies will be a good addition to the festive table, and the proposed recipe for a chocolate cake with hazelnuts and walnuts will allow your dish to become that very highlight of the evening.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- 250 g flour
- 150 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tsp cocoa
- For filling:
- 2 tsp carnation
- 400 g dark chocolate
- 300 g butter
- 90 g sugar
- 4 eggs + 6 yolks
- 150 gr of nuts
Instructions
Step 1
Make a dough by mixing eggs, flour, sugar, butter and cocoa. Roll the resulting mixture into a tight ball, wrap it in foil and leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 2
Turn the oven to 180 degrees, take out the chilled dough and roll it out. Then, laying it out in the mold. pierce several times with a fork or knife, then bake for 30 minutes.
Step 3
While the cake is simmering in the oven, start making the filling: melt the butter, cloves and chocolate, then add the nuts (in our case, the hazelnuts) and chill a little.
Step 4
Whisk eggs and sugar and add to the chocolate.
Step 5
Pour the resulting chocolate mass onto the crust, distribute evenly and bake for 5 minutes.
