Brownie is a traditional American dessert that is a cross between a chocolate cake and a cookie. This culinary masterpiece goes well with coffee or milk. In Great Britain it is customary to eat brownies with ice cream.

Step 1
Take a square baking dish, not less than 17 cm by 30 cm in size. The depth of the dishes can be medium, because the dessert is baked in a thin layer. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the mold in the oven to keep the dishes warm.

Melt the unsalted butter and dark chocolate with 40 to 80% cocoa. This can be done in a water bath: prepare 2 containers of larger and smaller diameters. Pour water into a large saucepan and place on the stove. When the liquid is hot, dip a small bowl of ingredients into it. Stir the chocolate and butter constantly.
Step 3
Remove the chocolate-cream mixture from the heat and add sugar, cocoa powder and 2 bags of vanillin to it. Mix everything thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous consistency. You can slightly increase the amount of sugar if the chocolate contains more than 70% cocoa. Gradually add eggs to the composition, without ceasing to interfere after each.

Add flour and chopped nuts. You can quickly crush nuts in a blender, coffee grinder or meat grinder. A regular rolling pin for dough also crushes nuts well. For chocolate brownies, peanuts, pecans, almonds, hazelnuts, Brazilian nuts, and walnuts are good choices. Season the dough with a little salt and stir again.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour the dough into a bowl and place in the oven for half an hour. After this time, remove the finished dessert from the oven and cool. The brownies should be firm on top and slightly damp on the inside.

Place the dessert in the refrigerator, as well chilled is even better. Before this brownie can be slightly drizzled with syrup. Serve dessert with ice cream or cappuccino. Chocolate brownies keep well in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
