- - 1200 g flour
- - 80 g sugar
- - 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
- - a pinch of salt
- For filling:
- - 250 g sugar
- - 70 ml of water
- - 1 tbsp. molasses
- - 130 ml heavy cream
- - a pinch of salt
- - 2 cups roasted hazelnuts
- - 50 g butter
- - 40 g dark chocolate
- For the cream:
- - 150 ml heavy cream
- - 1 tsp nut liqueur
- - 50 g sugar
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare the dough, you must mix flour, salt and cocoa.
Step 2
Beat sugar and butter in the mixer bowl, beat in the yolk.
Step 3
The flour mixture must be added to the dough and mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Blind a ball from the dough, wrap it in foil and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. After cooling, it must be rolled out thinly, put in a tart dish, made with a fork and baked at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool the tart completely before placing the filling.
Step 4
For the filling, you need to put water, syrup and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over moderate heat. The liquid should become a light honey color.
Step 5
Then carefully add butter, then cream. Mix the mixture gently until smooth.
Step 6
Pour in the toasted nuts and cook over medium heat for another 10 minutes. Then pour this mass into a chilled tart and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Chill the tart before decorating.
Step 7
For the cream, whip the cream in a mixer on medium speed. Then reduce speed and add sugar and liqueur. The cream is ready.
Step 8
Now melt the chocolate and decorate the tart with patterns. Serve with cream.
