Raw-food pickled mushrooms are actually only conventionally called so. This marinade does not include vinegar, sugar and table salt; but nevertheless it creates the illusion of a pickled taste.
It is necessary
- - 0.5 kg of fresh mushrooms
- - juice of half a lemon
- - 1-2 cloves of garlic
- - 1 medium head of onion
- - 1/2 tsp sea salt
- - black pepper
- - 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- - garlic press
Instructions
Step 1
Mushroom preparation:
Wash the champignons in running water. Place in a colander or towel to dry.
Then cut the mushrooms into thin slices and put in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Preparing the "marinade":
Mix the juice of half a lemon with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Press the garlic and add it to the mixture. It is not necessary to add garlic to the marinade.
Step 3
Cut the onion into thin half rings, add to the mushrooms. Fill everything with the resulting mixture.
Mix gently and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
