In our country, they learned about mozzarella quite recently, and in Italy, the homeland of this cheese, they feasted on it back in the 16th century. In the 1570 cookbook, mozzarella is recommended for making pizzas, appetizers, soups and salads.

- - 2 zucchini
- - 100 g grated parmesan or grana cheese
- - 500 g of mushrooms and tomatoes
- - 250 g mozzarella
- - 120 g baking flour

- - oregano, basil, olive oil, salt, pepper

Rinse and dry the champignons, cut into equal halves. Chop zucchini and tomatoes into thin circles. Whisk the eggs and flour with a whisk, add a pinch of oregano, pepper, salt, and a tablespoon of ice water.

You will get a batter for breading - batter. In a frying pan with olive oil, fry the mushrooms and zucchini for 2 minutes, after dipping them in the batter. Place the fried vegetables and mushrooms on paper towels to remove excess fat.

Grease 4 portioned baking dishes with oil. Layer tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, basil leaves, diced or sliced mozzarella, grated grana cheese, and then again tomatoes and grana cheese and sprinkle with oil.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serve a slightly cooled dish as a warm appetizer.
