Step 1
Make a biscuit dough. Separate the whites from the yolks. Rub the sugar and yolks thoroughly until they turn white. Add sour cream and vanillin to the sugar and egg mixture. Mix the mass. While stirring, add flour in a thin stream. Whisk the whites into a firm foam and gently insert them into the dough.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line the dish with oiled paper or baking parchment. Fill it 3/4 full with dough and place in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the finished biscuit from the mold, let cool slightly. Cut the edges evenly and cut the cake crosswise into 2 equal parts.
Step 4
Prepare the impregnation. Mix water and sugar, bring everything to a boil and cool. Soak the cakes with the resulting syrup. Then brush with cherry jam.
Step 5
Make a cream. Whisk the softened butter and condensed milk into a homogeneous mass without lumps. Lubricate the bottom cake with cream, put the second on it. Also grease the top and sides of the cake with cream and sprinkle with crumbs from biscuit scraps.
Step 6
Decorate the cake. Apply the inscription "March 8" with a pastry syringe with cherry jam. Decorate the cake with chocolate chips and berries.
