You will need:

  • celery - 2 stalks;
  • grapefruit - 2 pcs.;
  • apple - 1 pc.;
  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • ham - 200 grams;
  • cream - 3 tablespoons;
  • parsley - 2 branches;
  • mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon;
  • honey - 1 tsp
  • pine nuts - 1 tbsp;
  • rye or wheat bread slices for toast - 3 pcs.

Preparation

Wash the green celery stalks, remove the tough veins on top and cut into thin slices. Rinse the grapefruit thoroughly in cold water. Then rinse with boiling water. Cut each grapefruit into 2 pieces. Carefully remove the pulp, free it from films and seeds. Cut the grapefruit pulp into small pieces.

Peel the apple of seeds, cut into thin small slices. Mix with celery and grapefruit. Finely chop the ham into cubes. Wash the tomato, dry it and cut into small pieces. Add ham and tomato to the celery.

Mix mayonnaise with heavy cream and honey. Rinse the parsley with cold water and dry slightly. Toast the bread in a toaster or dry in the oven.

Spoon the salad into the grapefruit halves. Pour over the sauce, sprinkle with pine nuts. Garnish with herbs and serve with warm toast.

You will need:

  • grapes - 10 berries;
  • yogurt - 200 g;
  • walnuts - 0.5 tbsp.;
  • green lettuce leaves - 3-4 pcs.;
  • kiwi - 1 pc.;
  • red bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • apple - 1 pc.
  • cheese - 50 g;
  • canned pineapple pieces - 3 tablespoons

Preparation

Wash the green apple, cut and core. Grate the apple on a coarse grater. Peel and cut the kiwi into thin slices. Cut each grape into halves. Cut the cheese into thin strips. Chop the walnuts with a knife or blender.

Rinse green lettuce leaves in cold water and pat dry on a towel for 10 minutes. Then use your hands to scoop the salad into large pieces.

Cut the sweet bell pepper into thin strips. Combine cheese, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Add lettuce leaves. Season with creamy yogurt. Lay out the salad and garnish with herbs.
