Turkey in curd dough is a great idea for a festive snack. You can serve this dish with a salad of fresh vegetables and herbs.

Step 1
For the dough, squeeze the cottage cheese. Chop some of the nuts. Grind the rest in a blender to a powdery state and mix with flour. Combine flour, milk, cottage cheese, 100 ml of vegetable oil and knead an elastic dough. Add flour if necessary. Let the dough stand for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it, cut into long wide strips, season with salt, pepper and fry on both sides in a pan in the remaining vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Blanch the leeks for 1-2 minutes in boiling water. Cut wide leaves in half lengthwise.
Step 4
Roll out the dough into a large thin layer and cut into long strips 3-4 centimeters wide. Gently wrap each piece of roasted turkey, first with a strip of leek, then with a strip of dough.
Step 5
Put the resulting rolls on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Top with beaten egg and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes.
