Cucumber rolls are a light snack that is very easy to prepare. So be sure to include it in your holiday menu - your guests will be happy!
It is necessary
- - a large fresh cucumber;
- - shrimp - 120 grams;
- - one egg;
- - heavy cream, curd cheese - 3 tablespoons each;
- - a bunch of parsley;
- - lettuce, pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the shrimp in slightly salted water, bring to a boil, immediately remove from the water. Cool shrimp, peel, chop finely.
Step 2
Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled, peel, cut into cubes. Chop fresh parsley.
Step 3
Add cream, egg, shrimp, salt, pepper and parsley to the curd cheese, mix everything well.
Step 4
Cut a fresh cucumber into thin strips (use a vegetable peeler). Roll each strip into a roll, filling with the prepared filling. If you want, you can put together the resulting cucumber rolls with a toothpick or skewer.
Step 5
Put lettuce leaves on a plate, rolls on them. Serve chilled.
