Ingredients:

  • Cucumber - 1 pc (it is better to take a long salad);
  • Ham - 150 g;
  • Curd cheese - 150 g;
  • Provencal herbs - 2 tablespoons;
  • Small tomatoes - 500 g;
  • Lemon - 1 pc;
  • Breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoons;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Salt and black pepper;
  • Olive oil.

Preparation:

  1. To prepare Provencal rolls, you need to wash a long cucumber and cut along it into thin slices. Put the obtained plates on paper napkins and cover with the same napkins on top. This is necessary so that the cucumber plates get rid of excess moisture.
  2. The next step is preparing the tomatoes. They need to be washed, dried with a towel and cut in half. Then grease a small baking dish with olive oil and spread the tomatoes on them with the round side down, cut up.
  3. Squeeze all the juice out of the lemon and sprinkle the tomatoes with this juice. Top with salt and pepper the tomatoes to your taste. Then sprinkle with half of the aromatic Provencal herbs.
  4. The oven must be heated to 200 degrees. Then peel the cloves of garlic and chop them well. Combine the minced garlic with the bread crumbs. Sprinkle the resulting mixture over the tomatoes and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Then take the dried cucumbers. On each cucumber plate, you need to put one spoonful of curd cheese and wrap it in rolls.
  6. Cut the ham into thin, round slices. Place baked tomatoes, ham and cucumber rolls on a large serving platter. Sprinkle the remaining half of the Provencal herbs over the appetizer.
