It takes a long time to make this cake, about three hours. This cake is usually prepared for family holidays and will be an excellent gift and addition to the festive table.
First, we bake the cakes. I got two, then I cut it in half.
Making a biscuit:
- We take 6 eggs and separate the whites from the yolks and begin to whisk into a lather.
- Then add 400 g of sugar gradually and beat into a thick, fairly dense foam, also add the yolks.
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar and continue to beat, then sift only 400 g of flour, 1 spoon each in the same place and mix gently, the dough is thick.
- Pour into a mold smeared with butter, and put in the oven, the biscuit is baked quickly, about 15 minutes, check readiness with a toothpick. We take out the cakes, cool.
Cooking cream, I have 2 types of them:
- Melt 200 g of chocolate in a water bath, add 20 g of plum oil, a can of condensed milk, ground nuts, stirring without stopping, bring to a thickening. Then we begin to coat the first cake.
- We also melt 2 packs of butter in a water bath, there is a can of condensed milk, nuts and vanilla sugar, stir until the cream thickens, after which we cover the second cake.
We alternate creams, black, white, decorate the top cake according to our imagination (slices of kiwi, bananas, plums, etc.). The cake turns out to be very tasty, but it takes a very long time, and time is very expensive for the hostess.
