"Family" cake is ideal for a family tea party. It turns out to be very tender, tasty. Soaked in custard cream. The delicacy does not require great culinary skills and takes a minimum of time to prepare.

- - 250 g of cottage cheese
- - 5 eggs
- - 750 g granulated sugar
- - 500 g flour
- - 1 tsp. slaked soda vinegar
- - 875 ml of milk
- - lemon zest
- - 150 g butter
- - 100 g dark chocolate

Step 1
Prepare the dough. Mix granulated sugar, eggs, cottage cheese, slaked soda with vinegar and beat with a mixer until smooth. Leave the dough for 30-35 minutes, during which time it will become airy. Pour flour in a thin stream and knead the dough. It will turn out sticky. Wrap in plastic and store in a cold place for 3-4 hours.
Step 2
Take out the dough, divide it into 6 equal parts. Form into balls, cover with foil and store in a cool place for 30-45 minutes.
Step 3
Take out one ball at a time, roll it out 0.5 cm thick, attach the dish and cut out an even circle. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the crust, make several punctures with a fork so that steam comes out during baking. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Do this 5 more times.
Step 4
Make a custard. Mix 500 g of granulated sugar with milk, put on low heat and bring to a boil. Whisk 4 tablespoons. flour and 4 eggs. Pour the egg-flour mixture into the milk mixture in a thin stream and mix everything well until smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add butter and lemon zest, stir.
Step 5
Grease all the cakes and stack. Grate the chocolate and decorate the cake.
