In this salad, sweet peaches are perfectly complemented by walnuts. The salad turns out to be very tasty, vanillin adds a unique aroma to it.
We will need:
- 300 g of peaches;
- 100 g of walnuts;
- 50 g sour cream;
- sugar, vanillin.
Rinse the peaches, remove the seeds, cut into small pieces. Chop walnuts, mix with peaches. Whip sour cream with sugar and vanilla, pour it over the prepared salad. Transfer the peach salad to a salad bowl, refrigerate for an hour.

We will need:
- 2 oranges;
- 2 tangerines;
- 3 kumquats;
- 1 red grapefruit;
- 100 ml of yogurt;
- 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
Peel tangerines, oranges, grapefruit and kumquat. Cut the fruit into small pieces. Make a cream by mixing yogurt and sugar. Pour the cream over the fruit mass, the salad is ready!
Pear salad with dried apricots
Dried fruits are very easily absorbed by the body, so pear salad with dried apricots will be very useful.
We will need:
- 120 g of dried apricots;
- 2 pears;
- 50 ml sour cream;
- cinnamon, powdered sugar.
Pour dried apricots with boiling water, leave for twenty minutes, then discard in a colander, dry on paper napkins, put in a dish. Rinse pears, cut into thin strips, mix with dried apricots. Pour the mass with sour cream, whipped with powdered sugar, mix, sprinkle the finished salad with cinnamon to taste.
