Greek salad

Ingredients:

- pitted olives - 1 can

- tomato - 2-3 pieces

- cucumber - 1 piece

- sweet red pepper - 2 pieces

- feta cheese - 150 g

- red onion - 1 piece

- olive oil - 6 tablespoons

- oregano - a pinch

- mustard - 1 tsp

- black pepper and salt - to taste

- lettuce leaves - 4-5 pieces

Preparation:

Wash cucumber, tomatoes and peppers. Remove the core from the pepper. Peel the onion. Cut: cucumber - into cubes, tomatoes and peppers - into half rings, onion into thin rings. In a separate cup, beat together the olive oil, oregano, mustard, salt and pepper. Cut the feta into cubes. Mix vegetables with olives, pour over the resulting sauce, put on whole lettuce leaves. Spread the feta on top. Garnish with onion rings before serving.

Salad Lightness

Ingredients:

- Chinese cabbage - 1 pc

- canned pineapple - 1 can

- cucumber - 1 piece

- crab sticks - 200 g

- mayonnaise - to taste

Preparation:

Finely chop the Peking cabbage, cut the pineapples into cubes. Cut the cucumber and crab sticks into small pieces. Stir all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise to taste.

Venice salad

Ingredients:

- smoked sausage - 200 g

- Korean carrots - 200 g

- cucumber - 1 piece

- canned corn - 1 can

- hard cheese - 150 g

- mayonnaise - to taste

Preparation:

Cut the sausage and cucumber into strips, mix with Korean-style carrots, after removing excess liquid from it. Grate cheese on a fine grater, corn (without liquid). Mix all the ingredients together, season with mayonnaise to taste.

Caesar salad

Ingredients:

- Parmesan cheese - 150 g

- chicken breast - 1 pc

- romaine lettuce - 1 bunch

- wheat croutons - to taste

- egg - 3 pieces

- lemon juice - 10 g

- olive oil - 40 g

- Worcester sauce - 10 g

- garlic - to taste

Preparation:

To prepare the sauce, you need to lower the eggs for 1 minute in boiling water, then remove and cool. Then beat them with vegetable oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Cut the chicken breast into flat slices, grill or bake in the oven. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Before serving, put the chicken breast on the lettuce leaves, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour over the prepared sauce. Sprinkle the finished dish with croutons on top.
