Delicious tomato tartlets are a great snack both at home and at work. They are good both warm and cold.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 350 g wheat flour;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 230 g butter.
- For filling:
- - 300 g sour cream 20% fat;
- - 1 egg;
- - 4 tablespoons of parmesan (grated);
- - 5 small tomatoes;
- - salt, pepper to taste.
- You also need tartlet tins.
Instructions
Step 1
Knead the dough from flour, eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt and finely chopped frozen butter (it should not stick to your hands). Then wrap the dough with cling film and put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 3
Beat the egg lightly with sour cream, add grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll out (not very thinly) on a floured surface. Then put in special forms for tartlets (15-20 cm in diameter), which must first be greased with butter.
Step 5
Pour the cheese mixture on top of the dough, add a few slices of tomatoes and bake in the oven until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
