This strawberry dessert is prepared simply and quickly enough, and it is also very important that with this method of preparing a dessert with fresh strawberries, vitamins are preserved as much as possible.
To prepare a dessert with strawberries, you will need: fresh or frozen strawberries 200 g, a package of gelatin, 70 g of powdered sugar, half a medium lemon.
Dessert preparation:
Chop fresh strawberries with a fork or blender. If you have frozen strawberries, thaw them first. Dissolve the gelatin as directed on the package. Add the prepared gelatin to the resulting strawberry mass, and then add most of the sugar and lemon juice there. All this must be thoroughly mixed and heated over low heat so that the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Remove the finished strawberry mass from heat and cool. Then beat with a mixer - the mass should become thicker and lighter. We take a suitable mold or several, put wax paper in it, and pour the strawberry mass on top. We level and put in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours to harden.
Take the frozen strawberry dessert out of the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into cubes and serve.
Useful advice: you can also decorate a regular cake with such a healthy dessert, serve it with cream, ice cream. Well, if you want the dessert to be more tender, you can add milk or cream to taste instead of lemon to the strawberry mass when preparing the dessert.
By the way, despite the fact that the sugar in the recipe is already quite small, if you are on a diet, its amount can be slightly reduced.
