To make lamb chowder, you will need to purchase the following ingredients:
- 150 g beans;
- 500 g of lamb;
- 3 pieces of onions;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 piece of leek;
- 2-3 sprigs of cilantro, parsley, dill;
- 20 g adjika;
- 10 g of corn flour;
- 50 g of lamb fat;
- 2.5 liters of water;

Preparation
Lamb and beans will need to be rinsed. After that, the meat is cut into pieces and sent to the pan along with the beans. Then everything is poured over with cold water and cooked over low heat. From time to time, you will need to remove the foam. During cooking, leeks are added to the pan, which should be cut into rings.
Onions need to be finely chopped and, together with adjika and corn flour, fry in lamb fat. This should be done until it becomes transparent. Approximately 5 minutes before the end of cooking, you will need to season the chowder with chopped garlic, a mixture of herbs, fried onions, and finely chopped herbs. Then it is salted to taste and can be served.
Lamb chowder with potatoes
Some people don't like beans, but you can make a chowder with potatoes. She will also be very satisfying and aromatic. This will require the following products:
- 8 pcs of potatoes;
- 500 g of lamb;
- 3 pieces of onions;
- 3-4 bay leaves;
- 3 liters of water;
- 30 g of chopped tarragon greens;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
The lamb will need to be washed, cut into pieces, pour over with cold water, salt and cook until cooked. At this time, you need to peel the onions and potatoes, and cut them into small cubes. About a quarter of an hour before the end of cooking the meat, vegetables, bay leaves and tarragon are added to the pan. The prepared chowder is poured into plates and, if desired, sprinkled with parsley.
