Chowder soup with bacon, mussels and salmon can become a real work of art in the hands of a loving wife.
It is necessary
- - 300 gr salmon
- - 200 gr of milk
- - 200 gr potatoes
- - 150 gr of ham
- - 200 gr mussels
- - 1 onion
- - 100 grams of carrots
- - 2 stalks of celery
- - 1 tablespoon flour
- - olive oil
- - oyster sauce
- - tabasco
- - chopped greens
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the salmon into slices and cook until tender.
Step 2
Chop the bacon, put it in a saucepan and fry it in olive oil until crisp.
Step 3
Throw finely chopped carrots, onions and celery over the bacon and fry for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add potatoes to the bacon. Fry everything until the potatoes have a golden crust.
Step 5
Fill all the ingredients with fish broth and bring to a boil.
Step 6
We dilute the flour in cold water and add to the broth. Let the mixture thicken.
Step 7
Pour in milk and cook the soup for 10 minutes.
Step 8
We throw pieces of salmon and mussels into the soup.
Step 9
Season with two sauces, oyster and tabasco.
