Quiche Lauren is a French dish. Outwardly, it resembles an open pie. Any red fish can be used for the filling.
It is necessary
- - 2 tbsp flour
- - 150 g margarine
- - 500 g cauliflower
- - sour cream
- - 400 g pink salmon fillet
- - 1 tbsp. cream
- - 50 g cheese
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - vegetable oil
- - 1 egg
Instructions
Step 1
Grind flour, margarine and egg in a separate container. Add two tablespoons of sour cream to the resulting mixture and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. You should have a soft and firm dough.
Step 2
You can use one or more baking tins to make the base of the cake. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then place in prepared forms. Bake the blanks until half cooked in the oven.
Step 3
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil in lightly salted water. Cut the pink salmon fillet into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Fry the fish in vegetable oil, adding cream and boiled cabbage to the contents of the pan. Pepper and salt the mixture as you wish.
Step 4
Mix all prepared ingredients in one container and place on a baked crust. You need to bake the quiche-lauren in the oven for another 20-30 minutes. While the dish is hot, sprinkle it with additional cheese and herbs. Wait for the cheese to melt and serve.
