One of my favorite foods is stuffed peppers. Each housewife prepares it in her own way, but how many different cooking options I have tried, I always return to my recipe. I am sharing the method of preparing this dish with you.
It is necessary
- - 4 red sweet peppers,
- - 1 yellow bell pepper,
- - 1 onion, 1 carrot,
- - 400 g minced meat,
- - 300 g decoction of buckwheat,
- - 100 g green beans
- - salt,
- - pepper,
- - vegetable oil,
- - 1 tbsp. l. chopped greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the sweet red pepper and cut off the "cap" with the stalk. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, peel the onion and cut into small cubes, sauté in vegetable oil and cool.
Step 2
Mix minced meat with buckwheat, onions and carrots, salt. Remove seeds from pepper pods and stuff with minced meat. Put the peppers in a saucepan, pour boiling water or boiling vegetable broth, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the yellow peppers into cubes and put in a pan with heated sunflower oil, add the green beans and simmer for about 10 minutes. Put the bell peppers on a plate. Now pour the broth. Put stewed vegetables on top, decorate with chopped herbs. You can serve it with sour cream and mayonnaise.
