- - tomatoes - 6 pcs.;
- - vegetable oil - 5 tbsp. l.;
- - canned corn - 100 g;
- - tomato paste - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - ground chili pepper - 0.5 tsp;
- - parsley and dill greens - for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the perch fillets into small pieces, salt, and pour over with lemon juice.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel sweet and hot peppers from seeds and cut into thin strips.
Step 3
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds and peel them off. Then cut them into small cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Then you need to lay out the onions and sauté it. Add garlic, hot and sweet peppers, half the amount of tomatoes to the onion and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Place the fish fillets, canned corn, and the rest of the tomatoes on top of the mixture of peppers and onions.

Mix the tomato paste with salt and chili powder. Place the sauce on top of the tomatoes. Cover the pan and simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat.
