It is necessary
- For the test:

- - nutmeg - 0.5 teaspoon;

- - smoked-boiled brisket - 100 g;
- - onions - 2 pcs;
- - apples - 4-5 pcs;
- - cheese - 250 g;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.
- To fill:
- - heavy cream or sour cream - 200 ml;
- - eggs - 4 pcs;
- - ground cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - grated nutmeg - 0.5 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Pass the flour through a sieve and place in a separate cup. Add an egg to it. Mix everything thoroughly. Add nutmeg and salt. Grind the butter with a grater and put in the same place. Also add white wine. Knead the dough from the resulting mass and shape it into a ball. In this form, place in a deep dish, cover with cling film and put in the cold for half an hour.
Step 2
Remove the husks from the onions and chop them. Rinse the apples, cut the peel and cut into slices, after removing the core. Cut ingredients such as brisket and cheese into cubes.

Place chopped brisket and onion in a pan and fry. Then add the sliced fruit and cheese to this mixture. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. If there is a lot of liquid in the mass due to apples, then drain it. The filling for the hot-sweet pie is ready.

Combine chicken eggs with heavy cream or sour cream. Beat the mixture well, then add the nutmeg and cinnamon to it. Thus, the fill has turned out.
