Step 1
Prepare the filling.
Peel the onions and carrots into small cubes, the leek into thin rings. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Add the leek carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.

Chop the champignons into slices and chop the ham into cubes. Add mushrooms with ham to fried vegetables, pepper, salt, to taste and keep on fire for 5 minutes. Whisk eggs with cream, season with salt, add grated nutmeg and combine with fried ingredients.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper pods in half lengthways and remove the seeds. Fill the bell pepper halves with the filling, place on a baking sheet, add the broth and bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the mozzarella into slices. After removing the baking sheet with baked peppers from the oven, place a mozzarella slice on each half and bake for another 15 minutes.
