If you have time, you can prepare a classic Greek salad, but serve it in an original way. In sweet peppers, the salad is served to everyone in portions and has a bright taste.
It is necessary
- - green salad 100 g;
- - cherry tomatoes 100 g;
- - pitted olives 50 g;
- - feta cheese 100 g;
- - Bulgarian pepper 3 pcs.;
- - olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse lettuce leaves, dry and cut into small pieces. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut in half, then another 2-3 pieces. Place the tomatoes and salad in a bowl.
Step 2
Drain the juice from the olives and cut each into 2 halves. If desired, the olives can be sliced. Put the olives in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper to taste, season with olive oil and stir.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into cubes, then add to the salad and stir very gently. Wash the peppers, remove the stalk and seeds. Then fill them with salad and serve.
Step 4
To serve Greek salad most beautifully, put it not in whole peppers, but in pepper halves. Then spread lettuce leaves on a large platter, put pepper boats on them and decorate with sprigs of greens. For a savory snack, sprinkle the peppers with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
