It is necessary

Instructions
Step 1
Boil rice until tender and cool completely. Stir in sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Step 2
Defrost the filo dough completely (otherwise the sheets will tear) and unfold. Separate 3 sheets and fold on top of each other. Measure 5 cm in width and cut off a strip with scissors, and cover the rest of the dough with a towel, otherwise it will dry out.
Step 3
Grease the strip well with olive oil. Put a spoonful of the filling on the edge of the strip and fold it into a triangle. Repeat the procedure until the dough runs out.
Step 4
Heat a greased skillet and fry the pies until golden brown. Or you can grease them with oil and bake them in the oven. Put the finished baked goods on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve with honey. Bon Appetit!
